DISPATCH

Online Orders

Home Delivery Orders will be delivered on the date selected at checkout.  Home delivery charge is calculated on a postcode area basis. We cannot give specific times for home delivery only dates. 

Fresh Flower Postal Orders will aim to delivered 24 hours after dispatch. 

Non-Perishable Orders will be dispatched where possible within 1-2 working days from when the order is received however dispatch of all orders can take from 1- 5 working days at peak times.

Click & Collect Orders - Orders for click & collect will be ready for collection within 12 hours of ordering unless an alternative date has been selected at checkout. Click & collect orders can only be collected within the hours of 10am – 4pm Tuesday to Saturday.  

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

We aim for items to be delivered to you within 48 hours after dispatch.   Please allow up to one week for your order to be delivered to you. As soon as your order is shipped, we will inform you via email.

Estimated time for shipment arrival AFTER dispatch:

Home Delivery	On selected delivery date.
Royal Mail Tracked	Fresh postal flowers 48 hours. Non-perishable products 2-5 working days for delivery AFTER dispatch.

 

Delivery & Shipping Information

• The Seller will calculate the total weight of the items purchased by the Buyer and apply the appropriate delivery rate. The Buyer may choose which postal service they wish to use, Royal Mail, home delivery or in store colletion. 
• All orders are dispatched daily from Tuesday to Friday.
• Where a specific delivery date has been agreed upon, and where this delivery date cannot be met, the Buyer will be notified and given the opportunity to agree on a new delivery date or receive a full refund.
